A digital marketing Strategist and Trainer, Diksha has helped multiple brands take the social media plunge through strategic consulting, capability building, online reputation management and award winning campaigns.
In her role as head of strategy at On Purpose, she was responsible for leading a winning strategy for brands who envision to stand for a bigger purpose, beyond making money. She enjoyed leading and working alongside a very young, ambitious and environmentally conscious bunch of people who were articulate and passionate about making a positive impact through purpose driven communication. Through her career spanning more than 14 years, she has worked across sectors and with well known brands such as Philips, Ab-Inbev, Qualcomm, Ford India, SpiceJet, IndiGo, Reckitt Benckiser (RB), Nestle, MasterCard and ReNew Power.
Today, Diksha works as an independent consultant and a trainer to help organisations attune to the fast changing digital world. A qualified Master Trainer and Facilitator, she specialises in training social media response teams for real-time response management and customer satisfaction. She has successfully trained India’s two most popular low-cost airlines - IndiGo and SpiceJet and airport managers from over 15 cities, in grievance escalation and real-time service recovery. Diksha has also been a guest faculty at IIMC Delhi and Panjab University, Chandigarh.
A stroke survivor, she started a podcast series called 'Different Strokes' to feature real stories of survivors who have managed to beat the odds and bounce back in life.
