Charushilla believes that career decisions are life decisions and works with students, parents, and young professionals to make their dream career choices a reality. The Education sector has been home to her for over 17 years. An alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi and a student of the Institute of Education, University of London, Charushilla is one of the few counselors in the country who is a member of the prestigious International Association of College Admission Counselors (IACAC). Her student-centric initiative, University Connection, is a revolution in the education industry and has even been awarded for Pioneering Contribution to Career Counseling by the Federation of Industry Trade and Services (FITS). With more than 10000 students impacted, and placements in top global universities such as NYU, COLUMBIA, UC BERKELEY, USC, LSE & more, she worked along with students to earn a million dollars in scholarships over a period of time. A nationwide school outreach to some of the best institutions in the country, University Connection is a step toward college planning for students aiming for colleges in India and abroad. A true believer in fair-minded, unbiased career guidance, Charushilla regularly writes in publications such as the Hindu, Tribune, the Financial Express on topics of career, mentorship, overseas education and Edupreneurship.
