A research enthusiast, Ashwini led Impact Research and Management Pvt Ltd for 17 years. He then headed Penn Schoen Berland as Asia CEO & MD for half a decade to establish it as the most desired research-based consulting firm before setting his independent consulting practice at Astrum. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director & CEO at of Genesis Public Relations and helped steer its growth and success.
Today, an entrepreneur and the Founding Managing Partner of Astrum, a reputation advisory firm, Ashwani has discovered a way of rooting creativity in science. Astrum is the next progression for public relations, the way it is meant to be, ideas driven by data, results backed by data, integrated across audiences and engagement platforms. Ashwani has led various election campaigns as a campaign strategist for both National and State Elections in India and South East Asia. One of his most noteworthy work was for campaign committee of Bhartiya Janta Party during 2014 General Election in India.
A strategy and corporate advisor, Ashwani serves on various advisory boards of companies such as Seclore, Knimbus and a premier educational institute such as Gargi college to guide his partners in building their marketing and branding strategy, who has continued to grow his own learnings through executive programs from leading B-schools such as Indian School of Business and Harvard Business School
